Sometimes my kids want something sweet and sometimes I NEED something sweet. Here are some of our favorite spots for desserts and treats near the Four Points Area.
The Aboretum location has a great outdoor space outside. Check back in soon for a post about our recent trip!
Along with coffee and other treats, this wonderful Steiner Ranch spot offers both Amy’s Ice Cream AND Blue Bell Ice Cream! Here’s my recent post about our recent visit to Cups and Cones.
Although not the classiest of dessert spots, you can never go wrong with a Reese’s Blizzard. I’m just saying …
This cute frozen yogurt shop didn’t disappoint us when we stopped in after leaving the Lake Travis Community Library the other day. My kids loved pint-sized tables and chairs too!
Sadly enough for my fitness and health goals, Hayley Cakes & Cookies is within a five-minute drive of our house. Their iced sugar cookies are out of this world. They make great lattes and other coffee drinks and have canned Dr Pepper (which I just might stop in for when I need one because I don’t let myself buy 12-packs of them. 😉 Plus, they do amazing custom cakes. Here’s a photo of Foster’s cars and diggers birthday cake from last year.
Sorry it’s not in focus – I’m terrible at making sure I take photos of the decorations and cakes before parties … probably because I’m running around crazy right up until the party starts.
Their 99 cent ice cream cone is an easy “treat” on the go.
We haven’t been here yet, but this place gets amazing Yelp reviews and it’s on the list of where to head this summer.
Recently, a bunch of my neighbors touted this as the best sno-cone stand in the area. I haven’t been yet, but I might have to stop by!
We love Tiff’s Treats! Can you tell?
They can deliver warm freshly-baked cookies, milk, ice cream, and more to you or your friends.
