Alright, let’s talk fitness and Barre3!
Barre3
Located in the Trails at 620 Shopping Center, Barre 3 Austin – Four Points is an absolutely beautiful space. They have a studio, changing room with lockers and toiletries, a kids place space, and some great shopping.
Barre 3 offers a full body workout with low-impact movements. It’s a great workout whether you are a beginner or advanced because each individual is encouraged to modify the movements. Barre3 is functional training with a twist, rooted in three fitness disciplines–ballet barre, pilates and yoga.
Plus, what’s amazing about Barre3 is that you can bring your kiddos and they can hang out in the play lounge for several classes through throughout the week.
Isn’t that awesome?
Plus, I just have to say that Barre3 Austin Four Point’s Instagram feed is one of my favorites to check out. You can tell that everyone is having a blast! (These great photos in today’s post all came from their beautiful Instagram feed.)
