Alright, let’s talk fitness and Zenergy Pilates!

  

  

Located in a brand new studio at The Oasis complex, Zenergy Pilates offers a variety of classes every day to keep your fitness needs in check.  Whether you’re looking for pilates, yoga, barre, or suspension training, you can be sure to find a class to meet your fitness and scheduling needs.  With two different class spaces, you can either enjoy a small class with a maximum of five students using the Group Equipment.  This might be a Reformer or Tower class.  Or, you can enjoy a class (such as Barre, Yoga, Mat, Suspension Training, or PiYo) in Studio 2.

This past weekend, I started off my Sunday with the Pilates Mat Class that uses the Tower and I walked out feeling refreshed and regenerated.  When we lived in Seattle years ago I regularly took a Pilates class but I haven’t taken one in years.  My body thanked me!  Not only did I stretch parts of my body that were screaming, but I worked plenty of muscles that were thanking me later.  The class was a much-needed reminder to me to treat myself to a pilates class once a week.

Plus, I was actually shocked that the drive was only 10 minutes from my house.  For some reason I thought it would take over 20 minutes to get there, so that was a nice surprise.
